Behavioral Support Specialist Nina (and her ten-pound sidekick, Stevie Lix) help Residents at Macdonald Residence find stability and calm long before crisis hits. From easing transitions out of houselessness to supporting folks living with trauma, mental health, or substance use challenges, Nina’s work helps make Macdonald Residence more than an assisted living facility—it’s a place where belonging can grow.

We review both nonprofit and for-profit comparable salaries on a recurring basis to stay competitive, especially in the healthcare and assisted living marketplace. Each open position lists the wage.

As a qualified PSLF employer, Maybelle Center supports eligible employees in earning federal student loan forgiveness after 10 years of qualifying payments. Full-time status is 32 hours per week.
