Each month, when Residents are understandably anxious about receiving their Personal Incidental Funds (PIF), Kim navigates repeated, often challenging conversations with remarkable composure. Even when faced with frustration, she treats everyone with dignity and respect, calmly explaining timelines and ensuring Residents feel heard and supported. Her ability to de-escalate situations creates a sense of safety and stability for both Residents and staff.
Kim brings this same grace to her colleagues, offering patient guidance and helping keep the Finance Department running smoothly. Her warm, steady presence, always greeting others and showing genuine care makes the workplace a more positive environment.
