Jessica exemplifies Maybelle Center’s expectations for professionalism, teamwork, and service to our Residents. She is often going above and beyond, both in her cleaning responsibilities and in caring for those in our community.
Jessica takes the initiative to complete cleaning tasks that may not have been specifically assigned or requested, helping to ensure that our facility and building remain clean and well cared for. Her efforts ensure that Macdonald Residence is a safe and clean place our Residents can feel at home.
Jessica’s initiative, consistency, and dedication make her someone both Residents and colleagues can rely on. She communicates regularly with her team and often supports her colleagues by covering their work when they are absent. Jessica is always helpful, maintains a positive attitude, and does an excellent job.
