Maybelle's Fairly Odd Theatre Troupe presents an afternoon of improv and a screening of their original melodrama: The Secret of the Pickled Pig's Feet Recipe. Prepare for a dinner-theatre style experience, complete with dessert, coffee, and a story that will have you on the edge of your seat.
We'll meet in the Community Room at 10 AM and walk to our staging area in the Park Blocks. The parade will start at 11 AM and last approximately 30 minutes. Even if you didn't get a chance to sign up in the Community Room last week, come and join us!
This is the final of our three Concerts in the Courtyard summer series and celebrating August birthdays. Our Concerts in the Courtyard summer series invites a variety of musicians to perform a short set for us. Bring your own lunch and enjoy the summer sun, good music, and our community together in the Maybelle Center courtyard (enter through the Community Room). Join us as we celebrate the life of Cory M. Friday, Sept 13th, at 4 PM in the Classroom. Cory was a celebrated member of Maybelle Center's Fairly Odd Theatre Troupe, a resident of Macdonald West, and was an active Member who touched the lives of many Members and staff. All are welcome.
