2026 Maybelle Center Family Reunion

May 7, 2026 • 5:30 PM • Avenue Portland

Where everyone’s invited, and no one’s stuck at the kids’ table.

At Maybelle Center, we know ‘family’ isn’t always defined by bloodlines—it’s built by people who show up, care, and share life together. That’s why we call our annual fundraiser the Maybelle Center Family Reunion. It’s the one night each year when Members, staff, and supporters like you gather to laugh, reconnect, and remember why this big, quirky, love-filled family matters so much.

Most family reunions come with road trips and potato salad. Ours comes with joy around a family-style meal, a round of bingo, opportunities to support Maybelle Center’s mission, and the thrill of bidding on auction items—all while helping us move closer to our vision of a Portland where everyone belongs.

Get your tickets or table today!

This reunion is about the family we build together. And like any good reunion, it wouldn’t be the same without you.

Get your tickets today, or consider hosting a table of ten for the people in your life who make connection worthwhile.

We can’t wait to see you Thursday, May 7th!

Sponsorship Opportunities

For over 30 years, Maybelle Center has worked alongside businesses and organizations to raise awareness of the role social health plays in overall well-being. As a supporting partner, you’ll be:

  • Aligning your brand with a proven Community Health Organization with decades of experience in social health, established in 1991
  • Connecting with attendees who consist primarily of mid-career and recent retirees from professional fields including health, finance, law, and education
  • Celebrating a community that came together to raise $200,000 for belonging infrastructure across downtown Portland

What to expect

Bingo

Bingo is a crowd favorite and an honored tradition that kicks off our annual Family Reunion. We are often lucky to have the luminary Brayden calling Bingo for us. Brayden is always exquisitely dressed from head to toe and brings the energy for a crowd. We can’t wait to share this tradition with you on May 7th, 2026.

Dinner & Cocktails

Savor a delicious 3-course meal by Grand Cru served family-style. If you’re not familiar with your dinner companions before the event, you’ll surely know them by the end of the night!

Mainstage Events

Every year, mainstage speakers share powerful stories and a bold vision for the future, making the case for why belonging is a foundation for health and what it takes to build it across downtown Portland.

Auction & Paddle Raise

If you were fortunate to join us at last year’s Family Reunion, you might remember our brilliant auctioneer, Christine DeCastro. We are thrilled to announce that we have once more joined forces with Christine and her exceptional team at Marquam to light the way with fast-talking and bright bidding during this year’s auction.

About Maybelle Center

Through neighborhood programs, affordable housing, and assisted living, we build spaces where social health is treated as essential: where people are known, and relationships grow over time.
