24-7 care in a collaborative environment, ensuring every person can live as independently as possible. Our 54 private rooms are surrounded by shared spaces like the courtyard where residents can connect. We’re one of the few 100% Medicaid facilities in the nation.

There’s an inevitable loss of control when you require assistance with self-care. That’s why our team tries to cultivate an intentional environment where residents have choices and retain as much control over their lives as possible.

Everyone deserves a home and a family where they are valued, cared for, and supported to live their most independent and fulfilling lives. Macdonald Residents, whom we call ‘family members,’ often have specific needs or a history of behavioral health and addiction challenges.
