Have fun and meet new friends while practicing your singing skills! No experience necessary-- anyone and everyone can sing.  We perform several times a year, but performances are always optional.  We meet every Monday in the classroom from 11:00am to 12:30pm. Research proves that taking an empowerment self-defense class can make you safer. You’ll learn best practices for physical response and other options to violence. The class also covers how crucial your awareness is and how paying attention to it keeps you safer. Class will be held in the South Conference Rooms from 3:00-4:30 on Tuesday, April 18th.

Women's Group meets every Friday in the Meditation Room

This is a weekly spiritual and social support group. It is an inclusive space where women can gather to share stories and each other’s company in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Men's Group meets every Thursday in the Meditation Room. 

 It’s a time to share our story and learn from each other’s life experiences.

It's Bingo Time! Join us for a few rounds. It's one of our most favorite parts of the week. 
Every Friday morning from 10:00 to noon you'll find us in the Community Room shouting BINGO!
