Our very own Maybelle Community Singers will be performing a collaborative concert with the 45th Parallel Chamber Orchestra! We are excited to invite you to this free community event. This concert is about community, connection, healing, and joy.
June is Pride Month, and we’re celebrating with a new Rainbow Group at Maybelle Center! This group will be open to all members and staff who identify as part of the LGBTQIA2s+/Queer Community. We will create a safer space for participants to be supportive of one another as LGBTQIA2s+/Queer community members, explore the larger LGBTQIA2s+ Community, assist in planning Maybelle’s participation in the Pride NW Parade, and find ways to celebrate Queer JOY together! The group will determine the details of how we meet these goals. Rainbow Group Meetings will be held in South Conference Room B (across from the Classroom). For more information, please get in touch with Squier or Shane.
