We've decided to hold quarterly lunches to eat together, brainstorm new ideas, and discuss any questions or concerns. There will be a whiteboard in the Southside Conference Rooms to write down a specific topic or issue you would like to be addressed. Pizza and drinks provided.

Research proves that taking an empowerment self-defense class can make you safer. You’ll learn best practices for physical response and other options to violence. The class also covers how crucial your awareness is and how paying attention to it keeps you safer. Class will be held in the South Conference Rooms from 3:00-4:30 on Tuesday, April 18th.
